  • Why should I choose TCP Facility Services over the competition?
    Our business is run on the values of integrity, excellence, and customer service. We put our people and our customers first, guaranteeing 100% satisfaction. On top of this, all of our service techs have 5-10 years of experience so you can feel confident that your space will be taken care of.
  • Can I cancel my appointment?
    Absolutely! You are never obligated to a contract or an agreement with TCP Facility Services. Cancel your appt within 48hrs of the scheduled time and you're good to go. However, anything less than a 48 hr notice will result in a $60 cancellation fee.
  • Are you available during the day?
    Yes! We have availability during the day, evening, overnight, and on weekends as well.
  • I really want our high touch areas sanitized/disinfected, can you do that?
    Absolutely. Using our eco-friendly natural disinfectant we offer high-touch area sanitizing and disinfecting.
  • Do you require a contract?
    Nope. Here at TCP Facility Services, we do not require you to sign a contract unless it is your preference to do so. We just ask that you give us a 2 week courtesy notice if you opt to cease your services.
  • Can I expect the same cleaning crew every time?
    Yes. In order to maintain a high level of quality and consistency, you will have the same crew at your location unless a change is deemed necessary.
  • Do I have to be home for the cleaning to be done?
    Not at all! Just give us instructions on how to enter your home safely and we will take care of the rest.
  • How much does a standard cleaning cost?
    The cost of a standard cleaning can be calculated using the automated system on our home page.
  • What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
    A standard clean includes everything listed on our front page. By choosing the deep clean add-on, you receive everything listed under our deep clean section along with the standard clean items.
